I had some downtime this evening to take some time to myself and really reflect on my inner thoughts. For those who know me well, this usually means I'm on a crash course to psychobabble on Halo 3, but this evening was a little bit different.
After eating breakfast for dinner (really, not a good idea), my mind started to wander and I started thinking about creating a vampire opera with puppets (like in Forgetting Sarah Marshall) to the music of Depeche Mode. I would sing various vampire-themed Depeche Mode classics (I can call them classics because the band is older than I am) with an accent like the Count from Sesame Street.
uselink126 offered me his fresh perspective on the idea.
Then I found this awesome interview with Depeche Mode, and it changed my entire outlook on the band, and my idea.
